Client K, is a creative artist who loves games and specialises in creating many cute designs based on game characters. She not only designs many unique images, but also makes these designs into various peripheral products, such as plush toys, keychains, hair bands, stickers and so on, and sells them in her own shop.

During our collaboration with her, we deeply felt her love for art and creativity, as well as her heart and passion for her work.

Together we launched a series of peripheral products based on her design works. These products not only retained the style and characteristics of Client K’s original works in terms of design, but were also carefully controlled and cared for in terms of production process and quality. These lovely peripheral products have been warmly welcomed by Client K’s fans and the wider market.

However, how to ensure the consistency quality standard of the products, to make sure each product meets the same quality standard and process requirements, and to avoid customer complaints and return problems caused by inconsistent quality became a difficult problem for us at that time.

Due to the large volume of goods, the whole batch of goods was divided into 3 shipments, with a long time span, during which there were also orders from other customers. We were faced with the problem of how to effectively monitor the quality changes during the production process, detect and solve potential quality problems in time, and ensure stable and reliable product quality. Fortunately, we ensure the consistency of product quality by establishing detailed quality standards and process flow to ensure that each production process meets the standard requirements as well as establishing a quality control system, including measures such as regular sampling and testing, comprehensive quality inspection, and quality record-keeping, in order to monitor and manage quality changes during the production process, and to identify and solve problems in a timely manner. We also provide quality management training for production staff to enhance their awareness of the importance of quality and their sense of responsibility, so that every employee can actively participate in the quality control work and work together to maintain product quality. Successfully completed the delivery of batch orders.
